THE BOAT:

You will learn to sail in an AIRA 22, a modern daysailer.
In addition to its beautiful lines and sailing characteristics, this boat has nice benches with comfortable seat cushions! The boat also has a silent electric motor, which automatically disappears back into the hull after use.
In 2018, the AIRA 22 was called out "European Sailboat of the Year". No doubt; This is really is a great boat!
You come across the AIRA 22 increasingly on the water, and it is also for rent in more and more places. Sailing in an AIRA 22 is easier, more comfortable, sportier, safer and therefore even more fun!

THE INSTRUCTOR:
His name is Marco Boesveld.
He has been sailing since childhood.
on the water is his favoured place to be.
Over the past 20 years he has gained a lot of experience at various sailing schools in the disciplines of keelboat and yacht sailing.
He is CWO (Water Sports Training Committee) trained and in possession of the necessary water sports diplomas, including: CWO IV Keelboot, CWO IV Yacht sailing, Theoretical Coastal Navigation, Vaarbewijs License I and II, Basic Certificate VHF Radio and First Aid for Watersporters.
Now he teaches on his own boat and according to his own teaching method.
Introducing people to sailing, subsequently teaching them to sail properly and safely and seeing them grow in it, gives him great satisfaction.
He ensures a relaxed atmosphere on board. He creates a safe environment in which you can learn optimally and grow quickly by discovering, trying, and also by making mistakes.

The sailing area of AIRFORCE 21 is "het Buiten-Spaarne" and "de Mooie Nel".
This is a beautiful sailing area near Haarlem. This water is often sailed intensively by other water sports enthusiasts, so you can also practice the sailing rules right away. An ideal sailing area to practice all possible maneuvers.
